Could you please give a lil info as to what the All Tournament team is?

Could you please give a lil info as to what the All Tournament team is? not exactly sure how it's chosen for high school, but generally an all tournament team is chosen by the coaches of the teams in the tournament. It is the players deemd to have made the most impact for there team or to the tournament. The players that stood out above the rest for that tournament. |

For basketball, baseball, softball and the other sports that have state tournaments, there is an All-State Tournament team selected (by coaches) in addition to the All-Conference and All-State teams that are selected.
All-State Tourney would reflect superlative performances in the tournament, while the other two are SUPPOSED to reflect superlative performances during regular-season play.
