I'm not trying to take anything away from Coach T., but i think on the run if he ran more plays toward the outside, like sweeps and reverses with terrell bryant, that the eagles will see a whooole lot of more yards on the rushing charts, because when this kid gets to the outside with it's incredible speed...it's 6 points on our scoredboard!

I agree with you. Bryant just doesn't have the size to run inside, but he definitely has the speed to 'turn and burn' as they say. I think we'd see him runnin' down the sidelines with people behind him many times if we ran more plays to the outside, but Coach T is just a power runner type of guy I guess.

terrell might run the ball hard....Cario Paskel WILL run the ball hard. They run almost the same speed-when they race its unpredictable who will win

I think the point that they were trying to make is that they'd like to see more running plays go to the outside rather than having all of them go straight up the gut.

watz poppin WhaLo? good point? at least if ur going to run the ball up the middle, have someone that has the power to do so!
At the start of the season, i was expecting Turner, Bryant or Paskell, and Tate to have the offensive backfield on fire? Somewhere along the line, drew's head popped into the equation! (not knocking you drew)
What happpened?
I heard tate made a mistake(as most young men do.) but what made him get kicked off the team? i know it's coach ingram's team, but was the act so bad that he HAD to be kicked off the team? or could he had just been punnished? either way we all make mistakes(lol i made one my 11th grade year on the baseball team, but was given another chance)
/\ |____Now everyone knows who I am!

I can't tell you what happened, just know that Coach T felt that this was the best way to handle the situation. It is not so much that he did one really bad thing, it just seemed to be the straw that broke the camels back. He will have another shot, next year. He is not out of the program completely, just for the season.

The choice to come back is up to Bull, but anyone who knows Coach T, knows that he is not just going to kick someone off the team for no reason. He puts up with alot from the kids, and most of the discipline problems can be handled with some bear crawls or grass drills, but there are some times when those punishments just aren't getting the message through. Like I said earlier, this was not just one big thing, it was a series of smaller problems that this one thing finally just crossed the line.

well hey i know for a fact that they had road bull hard all summer, and there was alot of time i wanted tell them where they could go and what i really thought about them. Bull just made a stupid decison (not naming any names) but someone came to school drunk and only got a one game suspension. Coach T must have gotten ahead of him self and not thought about what he was doing to kick his next year start athlet off the team. I have said it once and will say agian bull CAN or COULD have ran for more yard than ray charles.

Food for Thought - I've always heard that if a coach takes special interest in you and "rides you hard" it's because that think you have what it takes or have alot of potential. I think that all the coaches would love to see Bull succeed. We miss him.

Like I said this was not just one thing that happened, this was a series of smaller incidents that just kinda added up. All of the coaches would love to see Bull back on the team next year, but like I said it is up to Bull now. He has to make the decision that he wants it.

I hear there are several players that are saying they will quit if they lose the next game With the type of support they have been getting from their peers it is no wonder. If any of you are familiar with Facebook on the net, there are several groups, including one that was started by one of the player's sister...that are talking about how the team is doing so bad, and how the "fans" (I guess you can call them that) are loosing faith in the team because they have gotten off to such a bad start. If anyone wants to talk about a lack of school spirit, all they have to do is go look at these groups, and see how many CHS students are in them... it makes me sick.

it is an online community such as MySpace. the only thing is you have to be a student to access it at this time. If you have a valid college email, or are in high school and are invited by another member, you can join. I believe they are trying to open it up to the general public, but alot of people on the site are not liking that idea.
