Is see a few things that give private school athletes the advantage over most public school kids.
1. All most all private school athletes come from complete families. There aren't many one parent families.
2. They are in most cases from middle to upper income families. They have access to funds that many public kids don't.
3. The parental school involvement is exponentially better in private schools. Being finanically invested tends to increase involvement.
4. This will not sit well with some but, in almost every case the private school is Christian based. These kids are being founded with Godly principles and it reflects in work ethic and commitment. Agree with it or not, but building kids up with the Word of God DOES make a difference.
There are other reasons, but time is limited.

Agree with it or not, but building kids up with the Word of God DOES make a difference. Your boys from Shiloh over on Fearless had the same education, but apparently somewhere the wheels came off.

Yeah, they definitely have an advantage over public schools, or PA would still be 4A I would think. Are the private schools allowed to give students free education to play sports for them? Even if they aren't, I wouldn't be surprised if they did lol.

Are the private schools allowed to give students free education to play sports for them? Yes, but at PA at least it's done through an abitrator and nobody from the school has any decsionmaking ability in that. I've heard it compared to how federal aid for college students is handled. Make no mistake about it...the private-schools in Arkansas do NOT win because they have more-talented football players.

how can you say that i mean if you have the most talent you should win I'm surprised that you have to ask that question... Talent doesn't automatically equate with wins. It takes dedication, smarts and most-importantly, good coaching.

i agree with that but all that comes down with the coach. the coach has to make them want it more than anything else.
