Kudos for Crossett's own Jeremy Evens!! Sportscenter highlight man!! I'm so proud for this hometown young man. A super role model for our kids here in Crossett. Definitely getting his picture on the wall at Johnny's!! Maybe make a copy of his picture in "USA TODAY"!! Outstanding,,, just oustanding!! Here Here for Jeremy! Man! That was so cool to see.

A little off the subject but are you gonna have a wall for eagle athl;etics in there. i always like going in those places in monroe that have asections of wall dedicated to the local sports teams. |

Oh yea. I want the picture of Brad Tyler clearing the pole vault bar on the front of the Gazette sports page with the huge heading that said "ALL AMERICAN". I want the pic from the Gazette showing Bryant Nelson jumping the guy trying to break up a double play while he was with the Red Sox. I want some Jessie Clark pics breaking the record for touchdowns (5) in the Orange Bowl. The aforementioned Jeremy Evens in USA TODAY. If any of you guys have some pics from yesterday and today, holla holla at me at 364-9282. Now don't get mad if we don't put 'em all up, but we are definetly going in that direction. Also any sports memorabilia like football helmets, old bats, cleats etc..(Maybe one of Coach Pierce's old hats). We hope to make you guys proud of what we're gonna have up there.

How many noticed that Jeremy made the cover of Sports Illustrated? Check the lower left hand corner of the NCAA tournament issue.He is one many players in the background.
