Read Anne Rice. Educate yourself. And we are receiving letters from people about the name tag issue and we will be sending them to the school board members, along with a written explanation of our thoughts and points on the name tag situation. And yes. My staff is better than yours. That is if you have a staff. Not bashing. Just a personal opinion. Also fact. Besides the point though. And Complexed. Might want to put it back on before it rolls away. don't laugh it to much or you might loose the thing. Unless your fat. In that case, don't worry about loosing it, that might be a good thing. Memnock dances wildly before you like a monkey! I personally do not like your arrogant tone. I got news for you. You are not old enough to be arrogant. You can take your condesention somewhere else.

I don't think the CHIEF would want you conducting yourself in this way. You may think that you are not being rude, but you are definitly coming across that way.

This sure does seem juvenile but then I remember being that age and comvinced that I knew it all and could change the world if they would just listen to ME.

Memnock, I hereby join the Memnock Alliance. I look forward to being allied with freedom fighters such as myself. I appologize for the delay of this reply. I am not very good with these new-fangled computors.

hmmm......does the alliance know of the new blockage put upon this site?? New restrictions have been placed on our filter in the district (pretty soon there will be no point in having Internet access)...being a "message board" blocks this website.

I've already heard multiple complaints from sources within the district.

The filters are so unreliable. It seems like new keywords are added to the filtering system everyday. They still don't block all of the filfth and it makes it hard for students to do any work on the Internet. Very frustrating!

Here's a suggestion though I'm doubtful the district will do it. There is a wonderful and very good filter put out by AFA (American Family Radio). They are a Christian based organization. I have their filter on both of my computers. Haven't had a problem in 5 years. It is updated on a daily basis and allows you to request a site to be blocked or unblocked. It has no password override so someone cannot hack into it or disable it. It also has a built in firewall. I know the district won't look into it, but maybe someone could use it at home or something. Down with uniforms!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There would church-and-state issues with implementing anything like that at a public-school district.

Yeah I know. But thought I'd put it out there. There may be someone who needs a real good and reliable filter for their home computer.

hmmm......does the alliance know of the new blockage put upon this site?? Yeah, the whole block thing. It's a real hassle. Basically everything is blocked. What's really crazy is that the other day at school I was trying to do some research and it blocked an educational site because it was "obscene and tasteless". I almost laughed. And then I realized it was in no way funny. It was sick and wrong man. It's really hard to find anything because everything is blocked for some reason or another. Somebody should do something about it. There has to be a better way to keep porn off the screen.

There is a way to keep porn of the computers. Set up something to where the rule breaker gets the mess shocked out of them if truly obscene images are accessed...I also understand about blocking games, but when you try to look up images --oh meh gah, so frustrating-- EVERYTHING is blocked! It makes things so unnecessarily frustrating, and tasks that should only take a minute or so take FOREVER! Grr...
