According to several sites on the net, as well as Brannon himself, he is going to be a HOG this coming season.
scout.com says "Speedy cornerback Brannon Kidd (5-10, 185, 4.3), who originally signed with the University of Arkansas back in 2003, could finally be taking the field for the Razorbacks in 2006."
nwhawgspots.com reports: "Arkansas picked up a big-time commitment for the 2005 class when junior college cornerback Brannon Kidd decided to join the Razorbacks with a chance to earn a scholarship. Kidd, 5-foot-10, 185 pounds, signed with Arkansas in 2003 out of Crossett (Ark.), but he was ineligible to enroll. Since, he has attended classes at three junior colleges."
He has been on campus at the U of A taking classes this Spring.

Outlaw posted this many months back but I haven't heard anything on Brannon since. My question is, how much football has he played? And how much eligibility does he have left? I can't imagine that he's going to be ready to play in the fall...it would seem that he'd need AT LEAST a year of getting back into shape and learning the system, maybe even two years. When you haven't seen a gridiron in four years, it's not like riding a bike.

I believe he has been working out with the team. Like I said, he has been on campus taking classes this semester. I believe he has 2-3 years left that he can play.
