i am not totally postive but i dont believe that mills has ever beaten us at home. My senor year they came really close . If it wasnt for that unforgetable kick but jarod handley we would have won it .

Mills has a great team! they have a qb named jaid! Along with 3 other quality running backs.I look for this to be to much for the eagles to handle. But they do have the right man playing on defense now.#12 ,pete is tha man! Lets give him a little time at qb and see what happens?

lol...yeah, I'll be surprised if we win this one too. I look for us to win 1, maybe 2 games this season. Hopefully I'm wrong and it'll be more than 1 or 2, but that's what I think so far.
Oh, and I don't think we have a quarterback problem, lol.

Pete can play qb as good as the other guy!And as far as him getting burned playing cornerback?Man,he's a sophomore! He is wet behind the ears but at least he does have that will and wants to win unlike most of the team.I bet he wouldnt have thrown 11 interceptions in 4 games!!

yeah he is really young playing a more experienced players postition. but talking about the interceptions i garentee that pete would have thrown near as many TDpasses as turner pete just hasnt developed the arm yet. pete jst needs to sit back and bid his time he will get his chance after this year is over .

Well it's been a quiet week here on the board. We are 0-6 and no one is happy. Why go to the game? Because when they do win I want to be there! I want to help celebrate! Will it happen tonight? I think it can. I'm not ready to abondon this team. I've never abaondoned a Crossett team and I'm not about to start now. I may not like every play thats called oo every descision the coaches make but I'm gonna be there. Why? Because I love Eagle football ,win or lose. I don't want to be like those fickel Razorback fans that were bashing every aspect of the program ,even after beating Alabama, until last week. The same fans that will bash the program again when they lose the next game. We the fans of crossett have become much like those Hog fans. We have been guilty of bashing the coaches and the players because they aren't winning. My point is ,whether you like the coaches or not, go to the game support the school, support the players!
Be there when that first victory comes!!!

I hope folks don't think that I've changed my name to promote tyler at Q.B.. The Petey guy aint me. I've always been VERY PROUD of both my boys, but I don't need to blow either of their horns on a message board. I appreciate the confidence but I'm not worried about Tyler's playing time. I can tell ya'll that ya need to go buy some sunglasses cause the future looks bright. As for the boy getting burned all the time? What game are you watching? I saw him get burned last friday,,,,for a second,,, then he dove and knocked the ball away and took his guy down, and saved a sure touchdown pass. I don't know when I've been more proud. Try to watch more and talk less villian, a good life lesson.

It seens like that's how all the games have been going. Come out on the field playing hard, but then getting worse and worse through the game. Can some of you give me the final score and a couple highlights?
I thought Hamburg was going to get their first conference loss last night. They were up by 21-0 at one point in the first half. During the final 1:50 or so of the game, they were down 29-28. They hit a field goal with :25 to go, and won 31-29. This was vs. DeWitt.
