Thank God somebody has posted something that might actually start up some discussion.
Don't know what constitutes "old" and narrowing something to a top five always is hard, but here goes:
•"Married...With Children." •"The Carol Burnett Show." •"All in the Family." •"Three's Company." •"Leave It to Beaver."
If "Married" is considered to be too new to be old, I'm going to say "The Muppet Show" also is on my list.

1. Andy Griffith 2. Beverly Hillbillys 3. Sanford and Son 4. The Rifleman 5. Green Acres. I believe that every one of those shows are funnier now than when they came out. I also believe that Johnny Carson is still the best.

I'll tell you a couple of other good ones, and this will be somewhat unorthodox, but "Match Game" (the one with Gene Rayburn) is one of the best shows ever in my opinion, and "To Tell the Truth" (the original) is always fun to watch.

When thinking about the old TV shows....The important question comes to mind...
What's the first thing you know? . . . . . . The answer -
"Ole Jed's a millionaire!!"
Beverly Hill Billies Gomer Pyle USMC Andy Griffith Sea Hunt - Uh Oh ... I just dated myself again. Lassie
The problem with Lassie was...it was a Sunday evening show. Since my family went to church on Sunday nights....I never got to see the end of the show when Timmy was rescued from the well, rescued from the burning building, rescued from the side of the mountain clinging to the small branch, rescued from the collapsing cave... and ..... and..
The interesting news that I've seen so far..... Gilligan's Island hasn't been on anyone's list.
Honorable mentions could include the Saturday morning shows of Fury, Sky King, and Rin Tin Tin. If you haven't heard of these and you happen to see the reruns...they would be in black and white.
