Did anybody catch the new NBC show "Friday Night Lights" last week? I tivo'd it last week and finally watched it yesterday. As football movies/shows go, I thought it was pretty entertaining. It was a typical storyline, but good acting (as far as I am concerned). I am ready for the next episode next week. What did you guys think?

I think I'm more interested in "Heroes," but doggone it if I don't always miss the first 10 or 15 minutes because of work.

I watch Lost religiously, and try to catch Earl and The Office.
Can't see FNL or the latter two because I have a class at that time. I wish those shows were on Monday.

"Heroes" is on Mondays. That's why I miss the first few minutes instead of the whole thing, which is what would happen if it was on Tuesdays.
I haven't seen "Lost" yet this season.

I watched the first one, but it's hard for me to stay interested in a TV series about football, because I know it's not true and it won't really matter, lol. I prefered Two-A-Days myself, that was one of my favorite shows (season is over).
Oh, and wasn't Mack Brown on the first episode of FNL?
