I'm thinking I'm going to get my cold weather gear and head to Ruston to watch the Hogs/La Tech game. If someone wants to ride, call me before 3:00 this afternoon. The game starts at 6:00 and tickets are $8 each.

If it wasn't for working graveyard tonight I'd hitch along. Guess I'll have to wait till the end of March. I have a 3 day trip planned for the Vandy series in Fayetteville.

The Hogs and LTU also play Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm. I heard one of the baseball player's mother went to Frank Broyles office and said it was too cold to play baseball this time of year. Be it far from me to start anything.....  but that's what I heard. |

Well, I took my overalls, my gloves, and my big coat and I saw a good ball game. I can also say I know the candy man too. I sat right behind him. Outlaw, you missed a good one.

Eaglesvoice, PoppaEagle, PappawEagle, and the boys went to the game this afternoon.......the Razorbacks took a spanking from the LTU Bulldogs. The Hogs went thru 5 pitchers that I can remember.......and the Bulldogs had a hit fest anyway. Final score was 9 - 2 ....if I remember correctly. The cold weather and the Arkansas cold bats had put a numbness on my body and brain by the end of the game. Solid defense by both teams....but LTU's offense made the game full of action. Fun....it was worth the trip.

By the way....the LTU game program stated the Feb 4th-Sunday afternoon game (LTU-Razorbacks) starts at 1:00 pm.

I ALMOST went to the game Saturday with my dad, but like a couple of you said, it was just too cold lol. Sounded like a frustrating game to have to watch...I listened to it on Hogwired lol.
