Very sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Early, regardless the kids will miss him, and the speech about crossing the bridge is gone now, just a real sad thing..anyone know anymore details about this?
Came from a school source that he had a blood clot this morning...

We should have further details in this week's issue. All I can say for now is that our sources have told us that it was a blod clot that may have been a complication from the surgery that led to his sick leave this semester.
It certainly was a shocker; even though he was into his 70s, most considered him to be a specimen of health.

Not this soon. I don't want anyone to take this the wrong way because I'm being strictly factual...black families, in the South anyway, normally do not bury their dead until a week or more after they die. It's simply a very real cultural difference with white families, who normally have funerals within a 48- to 60-hour time frame.
I'm not looking to get an obituary with finalized funeral arrangements for at least a couple of more days. I figure that he won't be buried maybe until Monday of next week.
