Just wanted to pass along that our 11's are still playing. They were invited to the 11 Regional in Magnolia. They open play Friday morning at 9am against Arkansas South State Champ Jr. Deputy. They will play again at 5pm Friday. Good luck and if you over that way drop in and support them.

The 11's lose 13-3 to State Champ Jr. Deputy but bounce back in the evening game to defeat Bentonville 9-4. They play Johnson County at 9am saturday morning. Good luck guys!!!!

Crossett fwll to North Arkansas State Champ Johnson County 11-7 earlier today in pool play. In the opening round of single elimination bracket play Crossett got a little revenge by sending Jr. Deputy back to Little Rock in a 4-0 win. Our guys will be in action again Sunday at 1pm. Not sure of the opponent. Good luck guys!!
Keep in mind these is the age kids that will represent Crossett in the 2010 World Series.

Crossett will face Lakewood tomorrow. They are guaranteed no worse than a 4th place finish the 2008 Cal Ripkin Southwest Regional.

The Crossett 11's came up a little a short today losing 7-5 to Lakewood. Congratulations to all of these boys for representing Crossett well. They finished 3rd in the regional. That is the highest regional finish for a Crossett team since the 2005 10 year olds finished 4th.
On a high note Crossett was awarded the sportsmanship trophy, which was voted on by umpires and tournament officials. This speaks well for these boys, their coaches and the Crossett Babe Ruth League. Hopefully we will have a picture to post soon.
