I have noticed that this board has been unusually quiet this year. I think everyone cares, just don't seem like anyone has much spare time any more.

We've seen this team improve week by week. The team on the field last Friday was much improved from the team on the field in week one against Magnolia. IMO, Beebe is not any better of a team than Magnolia.
Beebe threw the ball one time last week against Vilonia. They don't turnover the ball and they don't commit penalties. The Eagles will have to force the turnovers.
I have no doubt the Eagle offense will move the ball and there will be some big plays. I don't think Beebe will be dumb enough to kick the ball off deep to the mass of speed the Eagles will have waiting to receive the kickoff. If they do, they deserve what they get.
The key lies with the defense again. I say they can do it. I believe they will do it.
This team will be awfully tough come playoff time as they continue to improve.

I DO! I DO!.....but like Oldlion said......TIME! Man every night someting is going on.....I have junior varsity on Monday......Varsity on Friday.....Tue. my girls have gymnastics/piano. Wed. church. Thu..I don't remember but something....*WHEW*.....now I'm tired just thinking about it.  |

For me its mostly that I have no spare time anymore as well. I'll be here whether they are good or bad. Can't wait to listen to the game and see how they do, this could be our first 'big' win of the season.
By the way, have we always done a 30-minute pregame show for Eagles football? I listened to it and enjoyed it last Friday.
