The Arkla Bulldogs will be washing cars for donations on the corner of 9th and Main(old Herk's,Movie Showcase,Cell Phone Store) from 8:30 am until noon or later Saturday July 11.
The Bulldogs are trying to raise money for the World Series in Baton Rouge ,La July 12-19.
The Bulldogs are a USSSA 14 and under traveling baseball team. They feature players from Crossett, Monticello, Gurdon and Bastrop. The Crossett players are Cody Chisholm, Reggie Martin, Dustyn Willis and Josh Outlaw.
The Bulldogs recently finished 3rd in the 14 and under USSSA state tournament in Bentonville. They are currently ranked 6th in the state and 65th in the nation( out of 1280 teams).
