11 and 8 year old All Stars

The Crossett 11 year old all stars defeated Stuttgart today 7-6 in state tournament play in Lonoke. Crossett will play the winner Lakewood(North Little Rock) and Lonoke tomorrow.

The Crossett 8's defeated Jacksonville 8-1 in state tournament action in Sherwood. They are taking on Forrest City this evening in round 2.

Don't have a score but the 8's won game 2 today over Forrest City. They play tomorrow at 4pm in Sherwood.

The 8's were eliminated last night in Sherwood. They went 3-2 in state action finishing in the top 16 out of 51 teams. Congratulations on a good run.

The 11's are still hanging in there. They play at noon today and a win puts them in the final 3 of the 11 year old state tournament. The highest Crossett finish in recent years is 2nd place back in 2005 with 10 year olds. Good Luck guys!
